Introduction to Youth-Violence Prevention in Baltimore

Creating more opportunities to reduce youth violence and increase healing.

Service providers and other individuals working with children and youth in Baltimore need to understand how important they are in efforts to promote health and healing. This session will describe opportunities to play a greater role in Baltimore’s efforts to reduce violence and to increase hope and wellbeing.

Specifically, institutional and organizational opportunities and priorities will be described. We will describe how trauma is impacting children, youth, adults, organizations, and institutions, including the impact on employees. An overview of the other sessions in this series and other technical assistance also will be described.

This event is VIRTUAL. You will be sent the webinar information once you register.

This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
