Career Launch

A workforce development program that helps youth and adults assess and plan for future career opportunities. Baltimore Brothers offers career exploration and job-preparedness opportunities to community members, assisting them in finding job opportunities that match their talents and interests and keeping those jobs. The goal of this program is to prepare program participants for the workforce.

Life Skills Development

Baltimore Brothers is committed to fostering soft skills to participants to not only get a job or establish a career but be able to maintain it. We offer Passport to Successful Living. This is a 16-week program.

Leadership Development

We will nurture young men and women for leadership. L.E.A.D. = Leadership’s Ethics And Development is a leadership academy.

We will provide training to a new corps of leaders with both the ethical challenge and Develop a series of training units.

Manhood Training

Manhood Training consist of units of inspirational, physical, social and manly disciplines. We address youth at their most pregnated peroid, “Adolescence”. This is the peroid of transition when adult in authority are no longer making decisions for them. This is the peroid of transition when they make decision for themselves.
