Mental Health & Baltimore Youth: Stopping the cycle of violence

Creating more opportunities to reduce youth violence and increase healing.

Issues of mental health and exposure to violence are inextricably linked. There are particular patterns that emerge in the face of exposure to violence. This session will provide participants insight into the nature of those patterns and how they impact youth. Participants will also gain skills that will help them utilize practices that can address potential mental health challenges that emerge from exposure to violence.

There will be a small group session on March 18th 2022, 10am-12pm to dive deep into the material for interested participants. This will allow time for you to ask specific questions and learn from subject matter experts.
