Youth Involved in the Criminal Justice System

Creating more opportunities to reduce youth violence and increase healing.

Some of Baltimore’s most vulnerable children, youth, and families are involved with the juvenile or adult justice systems. This session will describe opportunities for community-based programs to work with children and youth involved with the juvenile justice or adult correctional systems and the experiences of children and youth involved with these systems. This session also will provide tools for practitioners and other supports to more effectively support the needs of formerly incarcerated youth.

This event is VIRTUAL. You will be sent the webinar information once you register.

Recommended:There will be a small group session on May 6th 2022, 10am-12pm to dive deep into the material for interested participants. This will allow time for you to ask specific questions and learn from subject matter experts.

This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Sponsored by the Baltimore City Children & Youth Fund, Baltimore Brothers Inc.
